Warped brake disk?
(have the shop check the runout on your front driver-side brake disk)

Take Care,

Default Possibly the brake master cylinder?

Also check the brake pedal return spring, if it has one, not sure, if the brake pedal is not returning to the full up position, the brake fluid cannot return to the reservoir and thus cause your calipers to stick, especially when the brake fluid expands.

Any noises at all? Could be your heat shield rubbing on the rotor?

this also happens when the seals go bad in your brake master cylinder. it happened in my 240sx. replaced the bmc and it went away.
