Default Cold Squeal

When I start my '85 Civic 1500 there is a high pitched squeal from the water pump area. It sounds like a bearing and goes away after a couple of minutes once things warm up a bit. I disconnected the alternator and that made no difference.

I thought bearings did the opposite, quite when cool, then squealed when they got hot. Any areas I should be looking at, or just pull the water pump?

Also, I've read here you can't adjust (front) camber on these cars. So how do they do it if you take it in for an alignment?

Thanks!
