ive heard alot about the dual cam ZCs and they are all good especially with turbo, me personally i dont like B16s cuz you get smoked out of the box until vtec, i would go B18b turbo if i were you

No.

ZC blocks are their own creatures that don't take to kindly to other D-series parts, and even if they did, the ZC is still the premier D-series engine IMHO.

This is kind of true. For the most part the ZC is a combo of two different engines. There are slight differences, but the block is basically from an 88-91 Si and they slapped an 88-89 Integra head on it.

Don't you mean the 88-91 Si is like a normalized ZC block? I mean, the browntop ZC did come first. Besides, the 86-89 Integra engines were simply detuned ZCs... ah, the technicalities of Honda motors! There is just so damn many!

Yeah, I guess that would be correct!!!!

But parts-wise, that is kind of where I was taking it, for the DOHC ZC that is.
