tirerack.com
Search for your car.

185/60-14 - what I have on donuts
195/50-15 - this would be the highest rim/tire size I would go*
205/40-16
205/40-17
215/35-18

*high performance tires = $$$, rims = $$$, the combo = target for theft
(185/60-14 on donuts: relatively inexpensive, good performance, no one looks twice at them)

17's, don't do it, seriously.

I have 14's on my CRX, but I'd like to get some 15's. I had an extra set of 16's when I got the car, but they just looked disproportionate to such a small car, not to mention the ride was horrible on my stiff/lowered suspension.

I'd go w/ 205-50-15 on some 99-00 Si wheels or something in 15's. You could w/ 16's 205-45-16. That's the biggest I'd really go with.

If you put eighteen inch rims on that car, it will look like an off road vehicle.
