If you're looking for full swaps, hmotorsonline has a reputation on another Civic forum for having very thorough and high quality swaps. I think they have a small selection of Honda parts as well. I think they're based out in California, pretty far from you, though.

Rockauto.com should have almost every part for every vehicle.

 

rockauto is excellent for oem and third party parts. if you order from them, be sure to search google for coupon codes first. there's usually a 10% off code active at any time

 

www.hondaautomotiveparts.com seems to have good prices as a whole

If I'd known about that a year ago, I would have just ordered a new alternator through them instead of getting a remanufactured one for $15 less
