how hard is it to change the 1.5 head to the 16 six head with the manifold
is it a job that can be done in a garage

You are probably refering to the d15b2 right? The DX engine? You would have to swap out the pistons as well. The DX pistons only have reliefs for 2 valves and the pistons would need to have another 2 reliefs for the extra two valves. You might as well swap in a full d16a6 at that point.

Are we refering to the dpfi to mpfi swap. As fujiwara takumi stated you can do it in a garage. GO to www.hasport.com and order a dx to si harness 199 and get a si engine and drop that $hit in.

The B2 has 16 valves. However maybe the B1 only had 8.
