Ok so I've been working out kinks replacing worn out parts and such making the car more road worthy then 'twas however the one thing I can't seem to figure out is the rear window wiper blade on the car, thing doesn't move can't figure out why, if it's bad anyone know where to find a new one (or hell even to get to the one in the car now) can't find one online anywhere.

It is a 89 crx.
