they are essentially the same - the only difference is that the one i posted is for converting a stock DX harness (one that hasn't been converted to MPFI) to OBD1 and MPFI at the same time - the one you posted is for converting a stock OBD0 MPFI (or already MPFI converted DX) harness to OBD1 - the one i posted has the OBD0 pins on the left and the one you posted has the OBD1 pins on the left
