you are going to need a new line, if it is the line itself leaking - if it is leaking between the banjo fitting and the fuel rail, usually, you can just get new crush washers

if it is leaking on the line, like where the rubber hose goes into the metal piece on the banjo fitting, you will need a different hose - this is a high pressure hose and there isn't any way to fix it - that part on the end of the fuel rail is a pulsation damper - it screws into the end of the fuel rail - the banjo fitting on the end of the fuel line is sandwiched between the rail and the damper - it has a gasket between the damper and the banjo fitting on one side and a brass crush washer between the banjo fitting and the fuel rail on the other side - if it is just leaking there, you could first try tightening the pulsation damper a little (don't break it) - if that doesn't stop the leak, remove the damper and install a new gasket and washer

Have somebody turn the key to prime the pump while you're looking to see exactly where the leak is. Nobody here can tell you where it's leaking from. Replace the hose that's leaking or whatever you need to do like jlicrx said.
