Default 84 Civic clutch adjustment or replacement question

I have the opportunity to get an 84 Civic Wagon from a friend. The car belonged to his father and he passed away. The car has 220k miles. the clutch pedal goes all the way to the floor and has some problems shifting (I haven't driven over to see the car yet, its a long drive). I did some research on the internet have read that it could be something as simple as the clutch cable stretching, or it may need a new clutch. does anyone out there have an opinion? Also, how difficult is it to replace the clutch? this would be my first Honda and if there is anyone out there in the Tucson area that would help me replace the clutch, I'd be glad to pay for your help.

Sincerely
Glenn

The clutch is ok, I posted another thread to find out why it bogs down. Is there any way to delete this thread in order to not waste anyone else's time?
