Hey guys, hope everyone's roll'in safe today. I have an 88 Civic. My handbrake light in my dashboard stays on even though my emergency brake is down. Any ideas why??

a bulb is out in the rear. or your brake fluid is low.

you might want to also check the switch under the hand brake. I followed the wires going to the seat belt connector and another wire branches off to the hand brake. Make sure the wire is connected and chech the switch on the hand brake. All mine needed was sone contact cleaner.
