this is my second 89 civic with automatic trans..
and they both do the same thing

Can anyone tell me why or how to fix this

when driving say 80 miles per hour and it is in 4th gear (overdrive )
if I even as much as put a finger weight on the shift handle it goes into third gear, then take my finger off the handle it shifts back into overdrive

very sensitive pressure
