Default cluch pedal bending/breaking

ok heres the deal... im workin on a 90 civic with a b16/ gear speed trans EXTREMELY heavey cluch. put it in ran and shifted fine for about 20mins then broke cable for cluch. replaced. drove fine again for about 20 min snapped another cable. went and got a cluch cable off a DA. drove fine for about 2 days, then broke the weld on the pivot bolt for the cluch pedal. replaced pedal assembly bracket. drove fine for about a week. then put about a 25 degree bend in the 14mm bolt of the new bracket... WTF cant put a different cluch in it... has anyone els had to fix this problem im sittin on a couple of ideas but more input is always appreciated. first idea is to put a small bracket that connects to the firewall in between the pedal sleve and the nut on the bolt... second idea is to convert the cable system to a hydrolic system. olny problem with this is if it breaks the stock cable system what is it going to do to the conversion bracket... if you have any input on this please post.

OE or aftermarket cable? I had an aftermarket one and it was a total POS, it broke with a stock clutch
