....To each their own... but in my opinion, that whole visual setup looks hideous.

Not to rain on your parade, but if you really like it... go for it. I wouldn't expect a high amount of positive responces from this board though.

*edit* If I were you, I'd just stick with the performance mods and lose the visuals. That'd still make for a really nice car. Just put some rims and a nice paint job, I'd be all for that

Just curious... How old are you?

In order for your setup to not look like complete ass, you need to have a lot of money and know a lot of specialists. Here is what I imagine you are trying to go for:

While it still does look a bit funky, you can really see the professional detail that went into making it look somewhat decent. Personally, completely stock cars appeal to me more because they keep a low profile (but who knows what's under the hood?). When a car is all visually modded out with a 3 foot wing, a cheaply pieced together body kit and a huge fart can on the tail, it just screams "I don't know shit about cars but think I am faster than everyone else when in reality I am just driving over the speed limit and cutting people off like a prick".

Yes, I agree. Unless you are constantly traveling over 100 mph it is completely useless. Not to mention, it only really helps noticeably on rwd cars. I am still wondering who thought they needed all that down force on the rear of a CRX.
