Default Project Help Needed.

Alright im building a D16 ( yea go ahead and laugh but its going to have power). Well i work at a automotvie machine shop so nothing is a problem. But i plan on running a Garrett T-25 Turbo. And well im kind of turbo stupid lol. Can i run a T3/T4 manifold with that turbo? or no? And i mean when i first put it on what am i going to have to do like before i start the car? This is the first time im ever working with a turbo so any help will work.

the t-25 will not bolt up to a t3/t4 manifold, you will need to make your own manifold adapter plate, use a hf manifold and make a adapter plate to fit it to bolt the t-25 up too, you will also need to make a custom downpipe

d16's make good power...pretty fun to race too...d series just don't have as much potential as their b series counterpart...but the d series was a successful and widely sold engine around the world

Look also you are going to have to find some fuel managment. Turboedit works well on ODB0 cars. Also look into converting to OBD1 and into CROME or neptune fuel managment also Hondata. Good luck on the D series FI project One of the fastest CRXes I ever saw had a built FI D16

yea plus most people that have d16s either.. (a) dont even noe wat it is(ricer) or (b) swap. i think its awsome that ur supin up the d series. im doin the same.
