Im gonna use a Turbonetics turbo kit.. as for the Hondata meant to put the
s300 not the 200..... For the pistons i have been told that if i want to push as much boost as i am plannin on i should go with the lower compression.....I still havent found a shop to get it tuned at im still kinda searching im from Central NY...anyone know of any good tuners close by? thanks for the suggestions and id like to hear any others that you guys have.....

At least 750cc's.

Assuming the motor is built right, I would look into a larger turbo than a whimpy ass T3/T4. The setup looks pretty beefy and can handle plenty of boost, so why not get a larger turbo?

What turbo would you reccomend? The motor is gonna be built by a well known shop in CNY. There will be a block guard a cometic head gasket a block girdle new pistons, rods, sleeves, and i might go with a eagle crankshaft, the only thing im not really gonna mess with is the head i heard the GSR flows pretty good so ill leave that alone for now.

You can't use a block guard if you are getting sleeves. I would also recommend a stock 84mm (I am assuming that you are sticking with that bore) headgasket.

I would recommend a ball bearing turbo like a GT35R for good power or GT3071R for quicker spool up on a street application.
