Default Fuel filter

Hey could any body help me out by telling me where i would find my fuel filter on my 1988 CRX and how i would change it?

On the firewall, right side. (black short vertical cylinder with two hose connections)

-with a rag handy to cleanup any gas, loosen the pressure relief bolt (on top of one of the hose connection bolts)
-remove both hose connection bolts
-remove two fuel filter mounting bolts

-installation is the reverse (torque bolts to spec., the new filter should come with 5 new copper crush washer/seals)

(right side of the firewall if sitting in the car)...if you are leaning over the engine bay from the front it will be on the left side...look for the brass pipes running to it

hey thanks so far for the input it all helps and by the way how much is a new filter any way and can i buy them at the local pep boys or advance aa or do i have to have them order a certain model for my car
