This sounds dumb but how do you change boost? I mean I hearthat this turbo can put out up to 20 pounds and then I hear that it puts out 10. I need the facts on this turbo.

on my old tsi awd talon i had the 14b tdo5h turbo and it pulled 9psi stock but i had it hitting up at 18 before i changed it, but then i blew up the motor and sold the car and bought a honda
