Default 4 days left:( I need help!!!

Ok, I did everything right, this is not my first swap nor my first harness conversion. This is my first d15 vtec though. I cannot for the life of me get this thing to rev over 3k rpms. I have not driven it yet, but I could imagine what it would drive like. I have a IACV code and a CRANK code. It seems like it is in limp mode or like it is rev limiting at 3k. Please help me, this car has to be done in 4 days....109 degree weather and I dont have any other ideas . I need any ideas, no matter how crazy. the car is a 89 civic dx. I went with obd0.....I know stupid choice. please help

Of course its the ecu, and i think the only thing to do at this time, and everyone else is going to say the same thing, is check your wiring again, and again, and again, until you figure out your problem. I think thats the scariest part of a swap, first time or 100th time. See if you can try to change your rev limiter, but that might be the case because of the other codes, it might be limiting itself to 3k so the engine does not sustain any damage, which is protecting itself. Hey, just my 2 cents.
