I've got a 89 dx civic hatch that is rusting out . I want to paint the whole car but have to take the plastic reflectors off without destroying them. How do I take the hatch apart to paint it and then get the whole thing back together? Has anyone done this and lived to brag about it?

take the plastic cover off the inside of the hatch and there is about eight nuts to unscrew, however i've seen alot of them brake so good luck
