reading 89 civic ECU engine codes

reading 89 civic ECU engine codes

The engine light of my 89 civic DX hatch has been coming on for some reason and I can't figure out why. Any cheap ECU readers out there for reading the ECU codes?

EDIT : Or watch the blinking light on the ECU
