Default zc swap question?

I plan on swaping a ZC in my crx si in the next few months and i know that if I use the zc tranny that i will need 90-93 teg axles. I was just wondering if I use my stock crx si tranny, will i have to use 90-93 teg axles or can i use my stock si axles. The reason i ask is because my cv joints are bad and i was going to replace them this next week and didn't want to waist money.

If you use your Si tranny use Si axles.

Think about it for a sec. You're using the same tranny as before, which is connected to your current Si axles and current Si engine.....now if you swap out the engine and use the SAME tranny, that would bear no significance on whether different model of axles would be needed!!!! Does that make sense?

No prob!!! I hope I didn't sound like an a$$hole before, I was just trying to explain why you'd still use them.
