Default time for change

Well the time has come to replace my CRX with something a little newer. I want to get a 99-00 civic hatch and take my B16a2 out of my rex and put it in the hatch. What would i have to do to take the stock D16 out of the hatch and put it in my CRX (just so its running)? I already have the car converted to OBD-2 wiring so i really only need to know if the shift linkage, mounts, and axels from the B will fit the D... any help would be great. Also, this might be better answered in the 92+ area but would this "transplant" be made easier with a CX or DX hatch? (also anyone in the socal area selling a hatch, let me know)

Youll need a cable d series tranny (the hydro tranny wont bolt right into the chassis without serious fab work), axles, and mounts for a CRX... You will also need the bracket that mounts to the block itself (under the timing cover)... And a stock CRX shift linkage... Other than that, since your OBD2 already, u should be ready to roll...

Unfortunately, the axles, shift linkage, and engine mounts from the b16a2 will not fit your d series engine, no matter the year.
