Default Why are the UCAs different?

I'm in the process of restoring my rear suspension. I found that the rear upper control arms are different from the LH to the RH side. The one on the RH is about 3/4" in overall thickness and the LH side one is about 3/8" thick. Are they taken from two different year CRXs maybe?

The one on the right looks like it's from a CRX. The other looks like it's from a DA Integra. I noticed a difference in the way they looked when I did my rear disc brake conversion.

My trailing arms are definitely CRX, and no rear discs. I miss having my '90 Rex around. It was bone stock and I could always go out and look at it for a ref.
