Well, When I am driving my car, and when I punch it and I am in VTEC, it will be in VTEC, then kinda shit out. I have enough oil in the engine. It will have a nasty noise to it, like it is in VTEC then like comes out when I throttle ALL the way down, it only does this sometimes. Is my VTEC solenoid bad? I mean the part is 15 years old. Is there anyway I can check the VTEC solenoid to see if it is bad? What else would cause this to happen? Has anyone else had the problem?

Are you sure that vtec is disengaging, or does it just feel like it is?

I am positive VTEC is like kicking out, because I cxan hear the difference and feel the difference.

No I am not tuned yet, I just have a chipped and socketed ECU from Kenji's.
