Default Radiator Swap

I've been looking for a 'how to' on putting a shorter radiator in my '89 CRX. I'd like the extra room when I do my turbo project. Does anyone have a link, parts list, or 'know how' on this subject? Thanks fellas

You want to install a smaller radiator while installing a part that would ideally need a larger then stock radiator?

Define "short."

I think he means short width, but thicker core. I think they're called "half width" radiators, but i'm not sure. I would think that those radiators are simply "drop-in" installation. I'm not sure how well it would cool with a turbo though...

I hope he plans to at least use something like a del Sol dual core.

Anyway, adapting a new radiator to fit isn't too bad... it's on par with fitting an intercooler. You can fabricate new brackets out of steel stock, a drill, and a few bolts.

Yeah, I was thinking something like the Del Sol radiator; shorter width. I know I've seen pics floating around of a lesser width radiator in CRX's, I just couldn't figure what kind of mounting brackets were used. Maybe a T-bar mod?
