Yes... May have some wiring mods to do (cant rem what exactly but nothing serious, course that may be the JDM tails into an 88/89 im thinking of)... And they look much better in my opinion...

No but a 91 Crx tail light will fit a 88 CRX....
Both sets (88-89 & 90-91) are interchangable and will bolt right onto the Crx with no problems. The only thing is if you use a 90/91 tail light in an 88-89 you will need to use the bulb harness from the 88/89 tails in order for it to work as they are slightly different.
IMO 88/89 tails look better than the 90/91 style.
