i was thinking of putting type r cams in my b16 head i heard someone say once it was a good way to get a little more out my mottor my question is will any generation type r cams work witch ones work best will i have to get new valve springs ect. how high will they rev, what kind of power differences will they make. pretty much anything i should know becouse i know pretty much nothing so any help would be great thanks.

The cams will work fine. Get CTR or post 2000 ITRs. They have the more aggressive lobes...you dont have to screw with the VT as long as you dont screw with the rev limit.
