I have no clue where this is or what I am supposed to look for. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

Look from the header down the first sensor in the exhaust is the primary O2 The heater probably failed replace the sensor if you are close to LI come by my shop check the web site

99% of the time, this is a failed heater circuit in the sensor itself. If you put a multimeter to it and find infinite resisance or nearly no resistance, that's your problem.

Honda troubleshooting flow charts go on for about four pages of BS before testing the sensor, it's rediculous.
