I'd guess over a grand. I think i remember seeing a complete a/c system in a J.C. Whitney catalog for about a grand. If i were you though, i'd search around auto salvage yards and pull the complete system from a car like yours for cheap.
Depends on how much you pay for the complete working A/C car you buy. I bought a rollover for $200 and installed it on my 92. Plus I got a hell of a lot of extra parts.
If you go with used, make sure the system is at least closed if you can't test it.
You could call local dealers and see if they use any shops to install theirs. When I worked at a Dodge dealership, I had to take a new car over to an aftermarket shop to get a system installed, I think it was about $900 at the time (15 years ago).
