Your local autoparts store

What are you looking to replace? A rebuild kit should include new gaskets (head, oil pan, oil pump, water pump, etc.), valve seals, crankshaft bearings, rod bearings, crank seals, and I think that's about it. If you don't know the mileage and wear on the motor then maybe you should get a rebuilt crankshaft and piston rings, plus have the head inspected for worn camshafts and valves.

You'd probably come out cheaper and better just getting another new(used one) for under 500 bucks.

a good engine kit will usually include rings. A rebuild kit typically comes with new pistons, everything you need except oil pump and timing belt and tensioner

http://www.rpmrons.com/Hondakits.html found that one in like 3 minutes of searching on google. Just search for engine rebuild kits. The link site has kits with pistons and rings.
http://www.rpmrons.com/Hondakits1.html are kits from the same guy in Utah, but made by Top Line(manufactures engine kits). They have differenet packages that come with different components.
