Your local autoparts store
What are you looking to replace? A rebuild kit should include new gaskets (head, oil pan, oil pump, water pump, etc.), valve seals, crankshaft bearings, rod bearings, crank seals, and I think that's about it. If you don't know the mileage and wear on the motor then maybe you should get a rebuilt crankshaft and piston rings, plus have the head inspected for worn camshafts and valves.

http://www.rpmrons.com/Hondakits.html found that one in like 3 minutes of searching on google. Just search for engine rebuild kits. The link site has kits with pistons and rings.
http://www.rpmrons.com/Hondakits1.html are kits from the same guy in Utah, but made by Top Line(manufactures engine kits). They have differenet packages that come with different components.
