Crx cat question

I have a dc ceramic 4-2-1 header and a skunk2 mega power exhaust, My stock cats stopped up ,the town I live in isnt very tight on emissions so should I just get another stock cat, punch out the original, or get a test pipe?

if your town doesn't care get a test pipe. punching out the cat internals won't do anything.

Would a test pipe loose me too much back pressure?

Doesnt the skunk2 exhaust system just replace the cat anyway?
