Default Idle on Civic

Hey guys, hope everyone is roll'in safe today.
88 Civic. I changed the valve cover gasket the other day, and it's all good. But now, the car seems to idol a little different. A little high (in neutral). When I step on the gas and hit it a little, it stops. But in a few minutes, it comes back again and idols a little high. Any ideas?
Thanks guys..
Danny G.

Also make sure your throttle pulley is set right. I had the same problem but it is fixed now.
