Default D16a Mini Me

Ok, im thinkin about buying the D16ZA SOHC V-tech Cylinderhead for my D16A or just buying a D16ZA. which gives better power gains (no im not going to swap for a B16 im tryin to keep it CAL legal cuz we KNOW how bitchy CHP is) but of the two which is better, stickin with the D16a and adding the V-tech head, or just buyin the D16ZA?
