Oversize valves
What will some over size valves do for my car, what can I expect if I do it? This is the list of stuff I have done to my car.

They will do nothing but increase your chance for valve to valve contact. Many aftermarket cam instructions specifically say to not use oversize valves. Unless you're building a dedicated track monster, they're not worth it.
