Differences in master brake cylinder

I'd like to know if there is any difference in master brake cylinder between a '90 DX and whatever car gets a ZC stock?

Honda has a 7/8" and a 15/16" master cylinder amoung others Im sure but I am only familiar with these two they will swap back and forth and look the same. 15/16" came out of a 91 civic ex or 2nd gen teg I do believe.
