Intermitent Problem/Code 20
I have a 90 civic with Zc DOHC engine. I have 2 seperate issues, but im not sure if they are related.The first issues is not intermitent, it happens all the time.My Ecu is always flashing a code 20.I know code 20 Is "electrical load" but i dont know where to start.Ever since i dropped in the Zc, its been flashing that code. The bigger problem i have is that sometimes I to try and start my car, and it wont start. I can wait a little bit and try a couple more times and then eventually it starts.I know the main relay sometimes are no good after a while,but even when i changed the main relay it didnt start.I just waited a little bit and tried again and it started.Any ideas?

i tried to acess the link but it doesnt work....i went to the main website and found something thou.But i still dont know how to check the ELD or where its actually located?.Can anyone help me with that.? Does anyone have any pictures?Thx
