What's up everyone, have some questions. My CRX's main wiring harness(the one for the headlights and some interior things) is bad. The passenger side headlight/corner light/bumper light harness is destroyed, all the way to the fuse box. The car runs, but now the fuse for the taillights/instrument cluster/interior light keeps blowing when i turn on the headlights. My questions are:
1. I picked up the main harness from a 90 civic lx auto for like 25 bucks; will this harness work?
2. What could be causing that particular fuse to blow?
I think i have narrowed it down to the harnesses that lead to the gauge cluster because when i unplug the gauge cluster harnesses and switch on the headlights, the fuse doesn't blow. Could that possibly be it or maybe the main harness? Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
