Default Ebay Swap CDs...?

Just wondering, are these worth it?

I'm planning on a swap, and I don't really WANT to take it to a shop and get charged out the ass for it, but I also don't want to do it wrong / mess something up. I think it'd be a good experience and I'd learn a lot more about my car and feel a lot better about it knowing I put the engine in. Just wondering if anyone has had any experiences with these CDs.

Or, if you have a website for info on the swap? I'm almost POSITIVE there is one, so, someone hook us up with some information, thanks.

It's only a couple of bucks. I picked one up a while back from an ebay seller. Has pretty much all the same stuff the one mentioned above has. For under $10 you might as well get one and see.
