Either a vacume leak or you have a bad TPS sensor. Most likely the latter as TPS sensors always go bad. First check for vacume leaks by spraying a little brake cleaner on the ends of all your vacume hoses. If the engine revs up at all while you do that than you have a leak somewhere. If not than you may have to change your throttle body since the TPS is riveted into it.

yeah usually its a case of having to do a tuneup. I had to do it on my lude. Every time i would go and step on the gas, it would tend to hesitate at start off but then the rpms would shoot up after that. But other than that do like everyone else said and check for vac leak.

BTW, i noticed everyone spelt vaccum wrong. I cant even spell it either
