Default Sri Help

I got a 91 civic dx and i got a free sri from a friend and i want to know where the bracket goes to support the filter.

I never even hooked mine up... As long as it dosnt touch the positive battery terminal, you should be fine...

The bracket should be pretty obvious. If it isn't, you may have the wrong intake.

Zip ties are your friend.

what do i do with the existing hose that went from the old filter to the valve cover? It's in the way and i cant take it off it is connected to another hose????

Throw it out.

That's the PCV line, connect it to the new intake. If the new intake doesn't have a bung for it, it's a peice of crap.

You're making this way more difficult then it really is.

I came across that problem as well when I was installing mine... I had thought about cutting that metal bracket that held the 2 hoses together, but decided to just push the metal peice under my intake and it was fine like that untill I cut the ends off with a dremel...
