Default performance trouble

when my engine is cold (95 EX) and i floor it from a stop (manual) it 'chugs' until about 3 grand. when it warms up it is fine. someone help me?

i meant 91 not 95.

Still, it shouldn't stumble even when it is cold, the computer compensates by making it run rich.
