Well, I had to buy a new oil pan for my car, and I wasn't able to find a stock oil pan, so I ended up buying the Moroso Drag Race Oil Pan, and the Moroso Drag Race Oil Pick-Up. I am told that the oil pan will help my car. Does anyone have one of these or know if they give more HP's?

 

Won't make any hp difference. Might change the oil capacity and it'll probably keep the engine lubricated better in high g manuvers. Might be a little lighter too.

 

Is it baffled?...it might be for acceleration purposes (as it says "drag race") but not for corning which people usually associate a baffled oil pan with

 

The only way you can pick up power through the oiling system is to convert to a dry-sump setup. If you have to ask...
