Default best guess?

i own one and know it was designed by honda as a racier edition of the popular civic, so my best guess is CIVIC RACE EXPERIMENT???

i did some research on this a while ago ... the most common abbreviation for CRX i found was:

Civic Renaissance Model X

thought i did see Civic Racing eXperiment a good number of times too.

and i love the joke that Si = Sunroof Included :chuckles:

uh, the HF was the slowest version of the CRX in stock form. though with it's basic weight reductions that it comes with swaps have a greater effect.

the HF i believe actually standed for High Fuel-effciency, someone correct me if i'm wrong

I believe it was a 1.3 litre, but I'm not too sure.

The HF was always a 1.5, it replaced the 1.3l base model.

i wish HF stood for hella fast! Honda may have been playing a joke Hellla FFFaaa....naw let;s make this thing anerexic and with an uber low metabolism.... High Fuel (efficiency it is)
