Default civic code 20

i Hvae a 1990 civic with a zc DOHC. I noticed that since i did the swap with all the wiring conversion, my ecu wont stop blinking a code 20. I looked it up in the book and it said that it means electrical load. Another thing i noticed is that i keep getting the rotten egg exhaust smell. I know that that smell could be caused from unburned gasoline vapors reacting with chemicals in the cat. Could it be that my wiring for my injectors is faulty?. causing the code 20. Mind you even thou the ecu flashed code 20 there was no check engine light appearence. And im worried because the cat is new.I dont want the cat to become useless.and I want my engine running proper. Anybody have any ideas?

THanks in advance

You know wut.i rechecked the wiring for the fuel injectors.and they r fyne.and there seems to be no codes being thrown at the ecu. As for the rotten egg exhaust smell.i figured it was running to rich.and changed to o2 again........it seems to be fine now.i still dont know wut could be causing my car to throw a code 20.could it be the alternator is no good?
