My friends crx seems to work fine except for once in a while when he starts it, the check engine comes on and the the cars just dies. He usually keeps the car on by reving it for a while and eventually the check engine will go away and the car is back to normal. The ecu says its the iac valve, but where exactly is it located so we can change it out.

 

On the back of the manifold more towards the throttlebody. It has two 12mm bolts and one plug and two water hoses on it.
