Good deal, yes... Id pay that for one... Since its so cheap tho, its gonna have some problems, so expect more than a timing belt change... As for the wheels, no they wont work, the Prelude's lug pattern is 4X114.3, that hatch will be a 4x100...

i bought my 92 hatch for 550$. Motor was knocking bad so pulled it out and threw in a 95 LS with 95,000 miles on it. When i bought the car alls it had was both front seats were ripped up and they were faded and it had no passenger side mirror. other than that there is little to no rust on the car, everything works. Some old lady kept it garaged but never maintained the engine, no tune up, no oil change. I say put the stuff on and then paint later. Id rather have a running car primed than no running car and painted, but thats only me.

yes cheap hondas every where i bought my crx from my ex for 400 dollars with a blown clutch. i fixed the clutch myself and it ran fine for about two months then the problems hit, i had to get a new motor, tranny, axles and a few other minor things but am still under 1500 dollars which is less then then most crx's period. also the paint is perfect and the body to. the car itself had 190 thousand miles on it but the motor now only has about 70,000. i just had someone offer me 3,200 for it but i love it so o dont think that i will get rid of it.

Yea, thats whats so nice about Hondas, if they do blow, u can usually get a new engine, most of the time even a little powerful than stock for not too much more money... Even if it looks like ass, with a little more power, you have a nice sleeper...

If you want some rims, I would go to a junk yard, and find a decent pair with no dents in them and a nice wheel pattern. Make sure they are the 4x100 lug pattern, bring em home. Clean the hell out of them, sand them , prime them, and get high heat engine paint. You can also use the wheel coat. It's your choice, just find a color you like. After that paint about 2 coats on them, and let it dry, and bake it in an oven or a Kiln. After they are all finished they will look golden. And the whole process shouldn't cost more than 100 bucks.
