Does anyone have???????
Does anyone have problems with their seatbelts squeaking whether you're wearing it or not. I sprayed a little WD40 on it no luck. Really annoying. Also, for the shift boot what do you have to do to make shift boot stay up.I can feel like 2 grooves I take that's what hold your boot in place. Right now you can see the metal part that the boot attaches to. My last quwstion I've been trying to figure out since being on the site What The Hell do you'll mean by saying Ricey?

IMO it is extreme/unpainted Body kits,extreme/pointless wings,ALTEZZAS,etc....anything that does not do the car justice or interupts the body lines of the car.
Ricey is something thats flashy for no reason... Like Mistacee pointed out, wings, altezza tail lights, unpainted body kits, racing stripes (a cancer which my car has and I dont have the money to fix!), ect... Its the car u see on the street that says "HEY LOOK AT ME!" and when u look, 90% of the ppl shake their heads in digust... If your going to make your car into a 'show style car', do it right... Remember more is not always better! But to each their own... I love some show style (as some call rice) cars... I just prefer a clean and subtle look of a JDM styled car anyday...
As for your seat belt, I dunno.... But the shift boot, there is 4 screws on the bottom of the center console (u have to take that completly out (not to big of a deal to do), and then just screw the notches of the boot onto the console... Mine was doing the same thing when I got it, drove me crazy...
For the center console, there is 2 screws on each side of it, oneu have to open the the glove box to get too, one below the steering wheel (on the far left above the fuse box panel), 2 more under that hidden panel infront of the e brake, and then u just unscrew your shift knob... U may or may not have to press your foot on the foot brake, and take off the emergency brake to get the console out... I usually have too do that...

Ricey is a term used by people who think that people go overboard on their cars. Personally I like the complete stock look. But I am not you, and it is your opinion that matters with your car and NOBODY elses. If you are trying to bling up your car to impress people you should pay attention to the trends. If you are trying to do up your car to your tastes and to your liking who gives a rats ass what people think is "ricey". Bottom line is that it is your car and people can hate all they want, you do what you like cause you have to drive it. =)
