derrr, i forgot. Get a SAFC, its just like the vafc but no vtec controller. just a mediocre way of tuning, like any piggyback.

That doesn't matter. The V-AFC is an S-AFC already set up for Honda engines, plus a VTEC controller. If you ignore the VTEC controller, you still have an S-AFC that you don't have to configure since the S-AFC is designed to work with most MAF/AFM/MAP systems while the V-AFC is configured for Honda MAP (speed/density) systems.

Tuning the fuel map to your modifications will give you a much better horsepower-per-dollar gain then any other modification you can do now. Add to that camshaft gear timing, and you could gain more. And adjustable cam gear means nothing if you don't dyno tune it.

I'm not even sure which 'Japenese' engine you have?

DOHC ZC pistons will bump up your compression to about 11:2:1. Saying higher compression means more hp. Also get a skunk2 manifold with a hondata gasket.

try individual throttle bodies rather than one, while not always the best way and definetely the more difficult way, with proper tuning it will give u the most power as you get a lot more volume of air

not too mention im sure there are many suspension things to do such as all polyurethane bushings, new struts, u could throw in a cage for chassis rigidity, front and rear strut tower bars i dunno if you already have them?
