my friend did a g2 front end on his 4th gen hatch, i thought it looked cool, his work wasnt 100% but for a first timer, not bad. like somebody already said, if its not done well it will like horrid, if you do it right, it will look clean. the only thing is because the hood is longer, it doesnt seem to fit the slope of the windshield like the civic hood does.
i gave him the parts from a parts car of mine
here is what he did in my rough step summary...
put the hood on to measure where to weld in the integra radiator support. keep in mind the integra hood is longer than your civic hood so you will need to extend your unibody to make up the difference. make sure it is level side to side from the top as well as straight (no further out on the driver side than the passenger side and v/v) do it carefully or nothing will fit right.
after you have tacked in the rad. support, put the fenders on and see how things line up.
mock up bumper, headlights make sure everything still lines up nicely. if it does, take it all off and finish welding in the rad. support, put it all on and that's that.
you will also need the wiring for integra headlamps, you will have to wire that into your existing harness...
if i remember when i get home, ill try to find pics of Jim's car.
